I got it working on my site quickly, which was a nice surprise. The integration was straightforward and didn’t take much effort. As long as it keeps running smoothly, I’m happy, but if it starts causing issues later, I’d definitely consider switching to something else.

I mostly use mindbodyonline.com to book yoga classes and the occasional massage, and the schedule feature has been convenient. I can check what’s open, grab a spot quickly, and move things around when my workday changes, which happens more than I’d like to admit.
I’ve had to cancel and rebook last minute a few times, and I kept thinking I was probably making it more complicated than it needed to be, but it was actually painless. It saves me from having to call the studio every time, so for what I need, it’s been really easy to use.

I mostly use Mindbody to book classes, and the reminders are the main thing I appreciate. I’ll get a notification before an appointment, which helps because otherwise I’ll totally forget or mix up the time... it happens. It’s a small thing, but it’s saved me from missing classes more than once. I do wish the alerts had a bit more customization, like maybe different timing options or... something. But overall, it works well for me.

I use the Mindbody app mostly for my yoga classes, and it makes things simple. I can book a class, cancel if something comes up, check what time hot yoga starts, see if my usual evening class is full, or quickly find a weekend session when my schedule changes. It’s also nice for little things like double-checking the studio address or making sure I didn’t accidentally book the wrong day. Sometimes it loads a bit slowly, especially when I’m in a hurry or trying to grab a spot last minute, but overall it’s been really convenient and I use it all the time.

I mostly use Mindbody to book classes, and overall it’s been dependable. My bookings have always gone through without any issues, and I haven’t had problems with double charges or anything like that. Checking class times is straightforward, and cancelling when I need to is easy enough. It’s not the flashiest app, but it does what I need it to do

We use Mindbody to handle staff schedules and keep track of hours, it just makes sense. It’s easy to move shifts around, see who’s already booked, and avoid the usual back-and-forth texting. For something that used to eat up too much time, it’s made the whole process a lot more manageable.

Just a heads-up, if you’re still trying to manage clients with messy notes or random spreadsheets, you’re making life harder than it needs to be. This keeps everything sorted really nicely and makes it much easier to stay on top of client details.

Mindbody’s marketing tools have made my life a lot easier at the studio. I can get emails and offers set up without falling into some endless tech rabbit hole, which is more than I can say for a lot of platforms. Is it perfect? No. There are definitely little things that make me roll my eyes sometimes. But overall, it keeps our promos organized, saves me time every week, and does what we actually need it to do without turning it into a whole production.

I was expecting mindbodyonline to be kind of a headache to get going, but it was smooth. There were a few setup steps where I had to pause and think for a second, but nothing felt confusing enough to make me want to quit, which is always a win.
The onboarding call helped more than I thought it would too. I had a bunch of random questions, the kind you remember right as someone is walking you through something, and they actually answered them clearly. They also helped me get classes and payments sorted out, so yeah, so far I’m feeling good about it.

It works well overall and does what I need it to do, so I can’t really complain about the performance. That said, the price feels a little steep, especially for smaller studios or teams on a tighter budget. I like it, but I do wish it were a bit more affordable.

"They sorted it out faster than I thought"
Something was off with my account and a few bookings just weren’t showing up right, which had me annoyed. I reached out to support and they got back to me way sooner than I expected. There was a bit of back and forth, but nothing too painful, and in the end they fixed it and explained what had happened. I don’t know, it just felt handled really well and I was relieved by the end.

Just to be clear, I’m only talking about the contract terms here, not saying I’ve actually used the service. I read through the pricing and cancellation stuff, it was simple enough to understand. No weird maze of fine print that made me feel like some secret committee was trying to trap me, which is rare these days. Almost too straightforward… but in a good way

I mostly use Mindbody for booking my yoga classes, and I have to admit, it’s handy for waitlists. If a spot opens up, I usually get notified quickly, and I can claim it without doing the whole awkward call-the-studio thing.
Cancelling is easy too, just a couple taps. I wish I didn’t need another app for everything, but when my schedule changes last minute, it does save me some stress. So yeah, credit where it’s due.

I use Mindbody to book classes and check schedules, and it works fine most of the time. The pages usually load without any drama, and I don’t get randomly logged out too often. There was one morning where my appointments took ages to show up, which was kind of frustrating, but it sorted itself out later. It’s not perfect, but it’s dependable enough for day-to-day stuff

Support was helpful overall and I got the answers I needed fairly quickly. There was a small wait, which wasn’t a huge deal, but considering the inconvenience, I’m hoping they offer some kind of compensation or credit.
